Routine & Travel Immunizations

Capital Center for Travel and Tropical Medicine's specially trained staff provide routine and travel vaccinations.

Routine Immunizations

If a traveler is not up-to-date with routine immunizations, we may advise him or her to have them updated. The most commonly recommended shots are measles, mumps, and rubella; and tetanus/diphtheria/pertussis (Tdap).

For travel vaccinations, we will review the necessary interventions prior to your travel, as well as general health and safety guidelines pertinent to each country you are planning to visit. Appropriate vaccinations and medication prescriptions are generally provided at the time of your initial consultation. Please plan at least several weeks prior to your trip for your consultation
